POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

1. MD BioTek, Inc. is not authorized to ship outside of the United States.

2. All Therapy equipment is to be used in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and requirements (some products can only be sold to  licensed practioners or with a prescription from a doctor)

3. New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty only.

4. Used equipment sales are final and carries a 30 day warranty.

5. Any new product return must have a return authorization prior to returning.

6. All products returned have a 20% restocking fee if returned in a resalable condition.

7. Shipping charges are not refundable.

8. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for new  equipment.

9. Shipping damage must be reported immediately on receipt of product.

10. Returned products must be insured for loss or damage. The burden of insurance and proof of delivery is upon you.

11. Opened supplies or consumable type products cannot be returned.
