Physical Therapy Equipment - Repairs and Service

MD BIOTEK, INC. is able to repair any type of physical therapy equipment.  We are an authorized Chattanooga sales and service company.  We are also able to repair Dynatronics, Richmar, PTI, Mettler, Amrex and many others.

Some physical therapy equipment repairs can be done on-site. Repairs done in the shop have a turn around time of one to two days depending on parts availability.  In cases where a part may be back ordered a rental unit may be available.

MD BIOTEK, INC. covers the Dallas/Ft Worth and North Texas geographical area, within customer cost effective limits. Some service is provided in Oklahoma.

Many customers send their units to us via UPS.  If you plan on doing this, please be sure to insure your unit to protect you if your unit is damage during shipping.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you are sending in a stimulator or combo unit for repair we cannot sent it back to you unless it has had the mandatory FDA protected lead wire retrofit.  If your unit has not had this retrofit there will be an additional charge.  Please call us first for the pricing of this retrofit, as some of them can be significant in cost.

We have some parts for several discontinued models of Chattanooga and Richmar ultrasounds and stimulators. We may also have parts for your older TRU-TRAC traction units (you must know the exact model ie. ttt92, or tt92b12, etc.).  Call 1-972-446-3274 to check on these parts.
